By downloading or using the Stay Focused – Pomodoro Timer application (“App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You may use this App for personal productivity purposes. You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the App. Reverse-engineering, modifying, or redistributing the App without permission is prohibited.
All content, code, graphics, and other materials in the App are owned by Hamdan Basri and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Hamdan Basri makes no guarantees about performance, reliability, or accuracy of the App and assumes no liability for data loss or damages arising from its use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hamdan Basri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

The developer may update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of any modified terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
